To TopBoss,

First of all, please keep in mind that the numbers under “Summary to Date” are not accurate. Only view the “Summary for this Pay Period” check the field marked “Amount Earned:”, add the “Amount Earned From Tiers: ” and the “Amount Added For Reversed Bans:”. Then reduce the “Amount Deducted:” and the “Amount Miscellaneous Adjustments:”, that is the total for one casino for one month.

Next I would like to point that this is wrong:

Quote:
There were no new depositors so no reason for bonuses/coupon codes to be credited

We have monthly promos. We also have Promos for inactive players. These promos can be upfront, cash back bonuses, insurance bonuses, free chips and so forth. So there is plenty of reason for coupon codes to be credited, even when no new depositors are present. These coupons are just evidence of us do our best to maximize retention.

The fact that your stats changed, is not miraculous. The reason they changed is because you earn revenue share. This means if your players win, then your commission goes down; if your players loose, then your commission goes up. We cannot control when they loose and when they win.

Our casino clients give large promotions, so you can expect to see deductions for this. Just don’t forget that this is part of what drives our excellent conversion and high retention.

To Belgamo,

Natalie has sent you an email and an internal ticket please check either.

Best Regards,
