Figure out what the people come to your site to find (what are your keywords?) and find the programs that offer the best of that type of promotions. Make contact, work with them. Make sure the visitors find exactly what they came for so you get the best possible conversions. If it is in tune with what the casinos you picked like to push, they will retain better for you. .
Exactly – know your visitors.

Examine your stats to see popular pages.
Examine your stats to see popular keyword.
Place polls to get some feedback about what they’re looking for.
Run a forum so that they can interact with you.

So it’s not really a matter of picking a program you get along with, it’s a matter of matching players and promos after you weed out the programs you don’t want to do business with because of bad affiliate terms or bad treatment of players. If you get a good match, your site will perform and there are a lot of programs that will work closely with you.
Agreed. It IS a case of “horses for courses.”
If you’re getting Canadian traffic then you want Candian firendly properties.
If you’re getting small players who like a big match bonus – then find those sites.
IF you get players who like to stake big – thne find those places.

Beyond that, it’s a matter of matching promotions to the type player you attract. I don’t know diddly about what sports folks like, like the gooner has.
As far as sports goes – this is a tough market to break into.
Posting banners and adverts doesn’t cut it without content.

You either know your particular sport – and can talk about it – or you don’t.
If you don’t then it’s hard to make many sales – as the site reviews tend to be lightweight and don’t cover what people want to know about.
