Basically, what she means is, that CAP should allow certain people to have sigs and some not to. Which I think is a pretty bad idea, as different people have different idea of a “good website”.

This has absolutely nothing to do with CAP!
I said that CAP is likely NOT connected in google as far as post signatures go. The exact opposite. While post sigs get spidered, I do not believe they reflect back on the message board. I do not believe google views message boards the same way it views other types of sites.
CAP is for affiliates, and sigs are good for affiliate rankings, ergo CAP allows all links and everyone would be well advised to make use of that opportunity.
I also said that it is a bad idea to link indiscriminately – I was referring to people’s websites, and all those huge link pages people carry without continuously checking what google thinks of those sites.
