Thank you Jared for looking into this matter. More4me unfortunately when Jared shuts down this affiliate the email spam will keep coming. The casino brand will change but the person behind the scheme will not.

I have put some work behind this one. Cannot say exactly what for fear of giving others some bad ideas. In any case several agencies are looking into the matter with interest. The persons behind these schemes are liable and can be incarcerated under U.S, European, and Australia jurisdictions. The CAN-SPAM Act passed by the U.S congress makes this clear so does the European Union and Australia.

In most cases the spammer do not even realize they are being tracked and tagged for arrest. The countries most prevalent for sending out email spam are Canada, Ukraine and Russia. Currently there are no Laws against email spam in these countries. Canada is slowly moving towards adopting some sort of legislation.

As a side note, if possible make the spam email bounce. Perhaps by turning off your email address for a few days. There are many more methods but the choices are unique to your own situation. For me I use 10 interconnected inboxes.

Spamhaus believe me is working on it.
