You may want to be careful here for a variety of reasons.
1) I have done this for other CAP members and been banned from PayPal for transferring funds via NETeller.
2) Make sure the person you are transferring with is trustworthy. If a person funds their paypal via a CC then charges it back then you will be asked to refund all of that money.
