On TV I heared only that Russia bans offline gambling, that is all casinos will be moved to special towns. But I heared nothing about online gambling banning.
And I read russian gambling forums, and there are nothing about online gambling banning, only offline. Russian goverment don’t know how to control online gambling business, and they are thinking now how to control online gambling.
I’ll try to find something new about russian bill.
