Well… Hype was good way before they were certified 
There are plenty of good non-certified programs out there – you just have to be careful… Just like there are plenty of certified progams that I would not trust with a red cent of mine.
I agree for the most part, though But I wouldn’t say that any program not on here is bad, that’s for sure.
