does that make any sense?I see your point, but I think there is a benefit to promoting casinos that don’t carry over negative balances. At the end of the month, if you have a negative balance, this will be erased by a program that doesn’t carry over negative balances. The next month, the player will likely lose the previous month’s winnings at the casino, and you will (in most cases) get a cut of that revenue. Sweet deal, eh? 
With a program that carries over negative balances, that is guaranteed never to happen.
