Their email system is completely down and nobody has been paid as far as I know 
I’ve been trying to get hold of someone for over a week now and can’t find any way to do it.
I sent an email to the managers of Player Preferred software and was told that the InChilli email server should be back up today. Just sent another batch of emails to their Financial Director, Marketing Director, and Affiliate Director. I certainly hope it doesn’t bounce again.. I’ll let everyone know.
