Hi there all,
First a big thank you for this thread – it drew attention to a problem with the current retention promotion.
Every month all BRE players get the oppurtinity to take part in one or another monthly promotion from winning private parties to, as in this month, winning free spins.
This was picked up and the necessary correction put in place before I was even in the office this morning.
A full response to this will come but for now just 2 points:
1) We’re on it
2) ALL affected players will be compensated
The details of how this will roll out to follow…
