I just want to clear something up in regard to this particular case.
It’s true what everyone has said – chargebacks are a bummer whether they’re large or small.
In this case though, the month’s earnings were wiped out by a winner – not by the chargeback. Due to a large win in one of the casinos, the grouped net revenues was a negative figure even before the chargebacks were figured into the equation. The negative net revenues caused by the win, are not carried over. But since there were no net revenues to subtract the chargeback from, the chargeback IS carried over to the next month.
I know it sounds even more confusing, but if you read that r-e-a-l slow, it does make sense.
Hope this helps,
Marcia
