And improvement in customer service would be a big help in keeping players.
I deposited and played for the first time at noon yesterday (Sunday). It’s now 12:30 midday (Monday), more than 24 hours later, and I’ve yet to receive any kind of communication, a welcome email (?), not to mention no bonus.
Not very encouraging to a new player.
