Yep, we’re aware of this one, it’s definitely not just you – it is a problem with IE7 in that the menus do not display over the Flash creative. We’ve got our tech guys working on an alternative now and hope to have this up very soon.
Thanks for all your feedback, it is definitely very much appreciated as sometimes we’re just too close to the sites to see things right in front of our eyes! If anyone notices anything you think is not quite right, please let us know so we can look into it straight away.

EDIT: I’ve just chased this up with the website team, and the problem has now been fixed!
