Well, that is just too bad.
Nothing justifies withholding payment that has been earned by people.
These revenues have been honestly earned by affiliates.
Affiliates are such a cheap sales force, all we ask is to be paid when you make money.
No guarantees, we can work for months and years without seeing a penny. No insurance. No retirement. No sick pay. No nothing.
All we ask for is a percentage of the money we make for you, and only when you make a profit.
Now even that is asking too much?
I think if this trend continues, this industry has truly seen its days. We do all the work and take all the risk and then programs just won’t pay unless they can extort more of the same. Just dare have an accident and be unable to work for a few months. Your income will be taken away from you, even though you already did the work to earn it.
Forget building up a player base. The more you send, the more you will lose.
A very sad state of affairs.
Go ahead and lose your bigger affiliates so you can steal a few bucks from the next guy. Such foolishness combined with ill will and greed!
Not to mention that it is breach of contract, I sure as hell never signed that clause!
