Here is a list of T&C URLs that might be useful when you get down to actually scraping the content. This is not a complete list, and I don’t know if every URL still works (I created the list several months ago).
Also, one thing to keep in mind is that the T&C page doesn’t always contain everything we want to keep track of. Some programs keep their commission percentage information on separate pages (i.e. not on the T&C page), so it would be smart to set up the system so that multiple URLs can be scraped for each affiliate program you track. You might need to scrape a T&C page, a commission page, and an FAQ page, for example.
My list below only contains the T&C URLs — it doesn’t have URLs for commission pages, FAQ pages, etc. Figuring out which programs require multiple scrapes will be a chore… Perhaps everyone can take one or two programs and locate the URLs of each important thing to be tracked (commission percentage, negative carryover, minimum referrals, minimum payment amount, pay-by dates, etc).
