Also, when are payments supposed to be received? i.e. by the 10th working day of the month, 15th, 20th? The T&Cs (which were apparently borrowed from Poker.com) say this:
Monthly payments will be paid within 72 hours of the end of the month. To date every payment has been made within 6 hours of the end of the month.
I know that isn’t quite true; you might want to update that.
