Poker.com has experienced some lag as we are performing maintenance on some servers after a power outage at our datacenter last night.
It can not have affected your stats for 2 days as the problem only surfaced less than 24 hours ago.
Please avoid making statements like “a big drop in signups”. A drop from 2 to 1 may be a big percentage, but every affiliate knows that they have good and bad days, its not worth blaming lag for those statistics.
We realise this problem may affect affiliates, but the cause was totally out of our hands, many providers based at KGC experienced such issues. We are working around the clock to get things back in order and we thank you for your patience.
