I have no problem with you discussing a specific problem or issue with the focus being on seeking a resolution to that problem. But you cannot start out threads with the subject “Hey” and then go on to just shit all over someone.

Now about the Casino Coins situation
I was a bit disturbed to see their claim that casino webmasters rated them as the top affiliate program in the world by a nearly 2-1 margin
I doubt the validity of that claim, although i wouldn’t know, since i have never been able to login to my account there, and i know i have one, they sent me an email the other day, but for some reason responding to my emails is a whole different thing, i just want to know why i can’t login dammit, answer me
Did i ever get a “Hi Nick, i’m your affiliate manager, if you need anything just let me know” letter, hell no
And not to beat a dead horse, but there was that whole English Harbour scam a while ago which involved them
I think my point was, if you’re gonna claim to be the best, then act like it, and with regards to the Casino Rewards comment, i mentioned them because they weren’t even listed in that poll, along with several other reputable operations that are highly regarded
I don’t think i was taking a dig at them, although it looks like i was after reading it again, i don’t think they are a bad program, but i certainly don’t think they are the best, that’s all
Hopefully Mr Casino Coins will fix whatever is wrong with my account and we can get back to business

Unfortunately this is the only way to get proper action it seems, and solicit a response, i always try the “nice” route first a few times, so when that fails, this way usually doesn’t, more often than not they will rush to protect their reputation
My situation is valid, i can’t login, i did notify them of that, and they never resolved the issue
