Have you talked to your rep yet? It’s possible there is a problem with your code, or their tracking.. I don’t promote them.. so I have no personal exp.. but.. you posted in the services thread.. whereas you’d get a lot more attention.. and likely some answers in another area.. figured I’d at least answer ya and see if we can’t get someone’s attention here..
