Ah yeah … I just meant spell it out a bit more …
When I was working in IT – all customers / clients would ask for their systems to be user friendly … and all new analysts would faithfully write it down as a requirement.
(as if anyone sets out to write things that are NOT “user friendly”)
WTF does “user friendly” mean?
– a smiley face in each corner of the page ?
– a happy greeting whenever you login?

So while I agreed with everything on your list .. I didn’t know exactly what it meant specifically and how it would be measured …
