The point of accepting US players was something I personally look for. Call me a greedy bastard, but I am in the business to make money. If a partner rejects 80% of the market then it severely limits their earning potential and makes them unattractive to ME no matter how wonderful they may be.
I agree that programs should clearly define which players they accept and which they dont at the outset so that affiliates can make an informed decision.
How does this look?:
5. Must clearly define which players are accepted. If US Players are accepted then a listing of any individual states which are prohibited should be displayed in the Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
