Darko, thank you for letting us know about the issue with PokerRoom.com info. I’ll make sure everything is updated accordingly to reflect their policies.
I think with the PokerRoom.com case, there may be an issue involved here beyond an accidental oversight — it may be an issue of the timing of the policy implementation. While they stopped accepting new players on October 25th, they do not begin blocking access to real-money play from existing US-based accounts until tommorow, Monday, Nov. 6th. The Casino City admin system allows use of a specified future date as the time of a policy change goes into effect, and so I believe that wouldn’t display the changes until that date occurs.
