Oh, that’s a different question. When a merchant runs their own program using our interface, they get to decide on who they want to approve into their program… and unfortunately some merchants are more slack than others.
Your emails weren’t to me, but should have been replied to, so I’ll certainly look into it…. and hopefully get this merchant to review you ASAP.
