This is a good program. Retention is excellent. Richard is on the ball when you need stuff. If you bring them players, they look after you. Player value is big now during NFL.
Anybody have a good number of casino players with them and had to deal with the negative carryover policy? How do they react if you ask to have the negative wiped?
