Very interesting article. It still perplexes me how a bill can get through Congress without anyone reading it or voting on it (ok, technically they voted for the Ports Bill). If the Dems are serious about making changes in the first 100 hours of their potential control of Congress, then maybe this one can be stricken somehow — not sure how, just saying.
