Some casinos have sticky bonuses, mostly it was Playtechs it seemed to me. But ClubUSA has sticky bonuses also. I have no problem with sticky bonuses. You cannot ever cashout the bonus, but you can cashout the winnings from the bonus.
As far as that max cashout of $2000 rule, I wasn’t aware of it. Personally I rarely use bonus coupons at RTG’s, but this is interesting. Thanks for pointing that out.
