I’ve analysed many businesses that could be giving a much bigger profit, with just one or two changes. I don’t even care for their 12 month profit, only if it interests me, to get a better deal.
So in my opinion, this x months profit is only interesting to get a bargain deal.
I know that we have to estimate somehow, but I do it in a different way.
