I am not sure if this is relevant or not, but I am a U.S. affiliate and successfully signed up for Click2Pay just two days ago (received the verification call and everything). So if Click2Pay has limited/restricted U.S. registrations it was done very recently. Perhaps it’s just a temporary problem and that could explain why it has been difficult to get through to them by phone.
