Hi Andrew,
Thank you, my payment did come through today.
I just want to express that a late payment doesn’t worry me or inconvenience me nearly so much as it does to have emails sent to Income Access not be addressed/ replied to at all for a week. (Two emails)
Did Income Access also drastically reduce their staff preventing emails from being answered?
Communication is important to me. It seems that whenever there are problems with any of the programs you have.. Income Access is always extremely slow to communicate anything then, and even if you don’t have all the answers yet, a short reply saying you were looking into the matter would have been much appreciated.
I have been paid now though, thank you very much.
