Shelley was very vocal in the HR4411 debate a couple of months back in the House. She was very much anti-HR4411 and put forward the motion that if they had to do it, they should drop the carveouts. Needless to say she was voted down, although it did manage to delay the vote.
She was a very good speaker btw.
