Thats on the business end. That allows their Clents like the Casinos to determine if they want to accept US customers or not. They ARE NOT saying they will cease dealing with US customers. For example, If I owned a Casino and decided US patrons cannot partake. NetDirect allows me to exclude them. Thats all.
