Thats what I understood as well. Does not say anything about online gambling actually being illegal only that credit card companies and financial institutions couldnt allow gambling debts to be paid via the internet. If this is all it is, it is pretty much been this way for a while and shouldnt really affect anything so why are the casinos freaking out?
