Hello James,
I have not received your email, and that’s very unfortunate, because you are totally right. The accounting made a mistake, when sending you the payment. They submitted the payment for $5000, and did not submit the remaining $2700. I got an apology from them, and a technical explanation why it happened. However, let’s not discuss the reasons of their mistake, as I know you just need to get paid. It will be sorted out as soon as possible: I just spoke to their manager, and she will take care of it.
