CSpan is planning on doing a segment on Saturday morning on the Internet Gambling Law (this will be after it is already signed into law). The gal I spoke with said it will probably be the 9 AM – 10 AM segment (I assume that is EST). Leach will not be there; it’ll be another TBD Congressman/Congresswoman.
We should all make it a point to call, and embarrass whomever is defending this stupid law.
That will obviously be too late… I wonder if C-SPAN might consider holding a segment earlier on the potential ramifications should the legislation be passed, rather than holding a deathwatch segment…
