Will they be blocking based upon the players profile as to their address? Will they be doing it by IP address thereby filtering all US IP addresses in to a free play mode only?
Very interesting question. I don’t know the answer, but it made me think.
They won’t tell anyone if they are serious about blocking players. It would be somewhat like the secret sauce used to combat fraud.
If they are simply trying to look like they want to comply, they will say what steps they take.
