Not sure if that is actually the correct line of thinking. If I am a casino I would rather bid 20 cents a click and get 100% revenue of the lifetime of a player than have to pay an affiliate 40% of that lifetime revenue, especially if they already know thier PPC campaigns are getting great return on investment.
