Be careful when chosing a hosting company, 1&1 UK does not have their servers in the UK but in Germany, and rackspace.co.uk will not accept casino affiliate sites since it is essentially a US company ( I spoke to both companies). You need to make sure that when you are chosing a hosting company:
1. It is not a US company with just a rep office, since then the US can still have a say so on your server.
2. Ask where the servers are physically located.
