The US does what it wants and has made it quite clear, that it doesn’t give a crap about the WTO and its decision-making. Bush and his cronies feel that they are above the law, and in times of crisis (i.e., terror), they can do whatever it damn pleases.
Don’t expect anything to come out of this, unless the US needs something from the WTO.
