First, download either the the Hi Qulaity video of the Low Quality video, save them to your machine, and upload them to your server.

Second, enter this code into the table where you want the video to play:

Where it says “XXX.wmv” above, change it to whatever you saved the download as (make sure you save it with the .wmv extention, though).
