This law did nothing to make playing illegal other than sportsbetting which was already covered under the wire act. The law did not expand the wire act.
The idea that we are aiding & abetting — the crime is committed by the bank or credit card company. The idea that we are aiding and abetting the the bank or credit card company in the commission of a crime — I’ll take my chances for now.
