There are 2 ways of looking at this.
1. You panic acquire a doom and gloom outlook and sell it for buttons due to everyone else who is thinking that way will sell their site and as such it will become a buyers market.
2. You do exactly what Frist did and find a “sneaky, nasty, loophole, insert whatever word u would describe the situation as HERE* and carry on as normal, whilst sitting smugly at home ( or Bagdad which is probably safer for him at the minute) patting yourself on the head for having the foresight to carry on regardless whilst circumventing the law
Don’t rush into selling you may regret it.
