I’ve been toying with the idea of moving to the UK. Mostly a pipe dream at this point but the grass is always greener. I would need some advice from Simmo first! This would be a huge leap of faith and it is something that I could probably not pull off, especially alone. I’m 27 so my 401(k) is rather small, which I would have to cash in and pay uncle Frist the early withdrawal penalty, essentially leaving me with half of it or less when all is said and done. Canada is of course a much closer and more viable option, and I’m only several hours away in driving distance – but the cold, my God, the cold.
I don’t know, I’m just really sick of my day job, and my country is pissing me off more and more every day. The US is a sinking ship, and I’m not to blame. I just have to put up with the consequences of the dumbass choices that the dumbass politicians make/made.
