Some casinos have been miscoding credit card transactions for years now. Golden Palace immediately comes to mind. If anything this new law will force all of the publically traded companies to stop accepting US players, but it will allow the smaller lesser known outfits to accept us players by doing something similar as what Golden Palace and Cash Wave have done.
The states just pushed online gambling underground. There’s going to be a lot of gambling outfits left and they will want to advertise to Americans. International affiliates will be able to take advantage of this. I am not saying I will take advantage of this, because I would never intentionally break a law…
But you catch my drift. My only personal loss with not being able to set foot on US soil is that I will regret not having visited Hawaii. It will also make flying internationally a little bit more difficult.
