Yeh its my site but I am not responsible for what someone does with the info I am sorry.. I can and will defend that in court.
So for example if I have a tshirt that says “Golden Palace.com” and someone sees that and goes to the site… am I going to goto jail because I was advertising them on a t-shirt?
Did you ever hear someone say this “Just because billy wants to jump off the bridge dont mean you have to to”.
Bottom line its IMO the person that clicks, makes a deposit and plays thats responsible. If it were the other way around then we are all looking at a law suit IMO. because we have made people gamble, lose money and I am sure in allot of cases those people were under age according to the gov… Is that what your saying? Some kids mom can come at you because he used your site to find a site to open an account to gamble with her card? hmmm and Actually I think the CC company makes it her responsibility am I wrong?
SO again… why am I responsible?? I dont see anything where having a online gambling information website is against the law.
