I’m not even saying it was a concerted effort… I think it may have been an industry-wide freak out.
But… if I’m Partygaming right now, it starts looking awful attractive to come back. After all, whoever comes back first will certainly gain noteriety and market share.
If someone sets the precedent that affiliate data is removed, that will make it easier on others.
This law… when you really look at it, gives problems to banks, not casinos in non US countries. The wire act wasn’t changed… if they were legal before (which I always believed), then they are still legal.
I don’t think this is anywhere near over.
