Have you taken the time to check out how the game is played? Or are you just assuming since the word blackjack is mentioned it’s a “game of chance” & falls under previous/new, legistlaion/laws. It’s modified so that skill IS involved. Check US law & you’ll find only 5 or 6 states at this point don’t allow placing bets on games-of-skill.
