I think that there will be no immediate banning of Neteller.
The feeling I get from reading this is that the banks will need nearly all of the 270 days of grace to work out how the hell they do what ignorant lawmakers assume is easy.
But yes you may want to set up something in the future :
– other payment methods? eg. Moneybookers.
– offshore bank account?
US affiliates will need to keep their wits about them.
