I don’t think the Vegas casinos are too concerned about the search engines.
When the offshore casinos started up .. they had NO players and had to count on affiliates to help get their businesses off the ground.
The Vegas casinos already have thousands of players who fly in and drive in on a regular basis and drop all their money in their favorite casino(s).
Now, they will be able to tell their players they don’t have to wait until their next trip to Vegas .. they can play online from home and still rack up those comp points for the times when they choose to come to Las Vegas on vacation.
They certainly wouldn’t turn their noses up at the prospect of reeling in some new players .. but I don’t think it will a big enough priority that they would be willing to pay all that much.
I imagine they would be willing to pay affiliates on some sort of CPA basis .. but, I don’t see Vegas casinos ever offering a revenue share ! These people are the greediest bastards in the world !
