I agree there is no need to panick. Over the past few years we knew that there was a great possibility that this would happened. What we need is clarification of how long we have till we possibly may need to take down our gambling portals. Some are saying it will take a year for this new law to take effect. I am not really sure at this point. No one wants to be premature in doing this or late and arrested. This new law does clearly make it illegal to have links to online casinos and poker rooms once this passed bill becomes law. I think all us USA affiliates want to make the right decission in regards to this. It’s been a good run and I am ready to move on when it is time. The Professor and I have know for years that eventually this day would come.
The Professor and I are curious as to what course the affiliate programs and online casino will take in the near future. Will some pull out of the US market soon? What effect is this going to have on US players? How long will we still receive revenue? It sucks this has happened, but now that it has it will be interesting to see what happens now.
