My main point is:
Will it be illegal for a website hosted in the United States to have casino ads on their website? That is what i am afraid of. Me myself i am located in Greece, my webhost provider is located in the UK and i am paying him in British pounds… BUT i have asked my webhsot provider where HIS server is physically located and he answered to me that his server is located in Texas United States. So that means even if i am located in Greece and even if my webhost provider is located in the UK… the fact that his server is located in Texas means that my website is also located in Texas. Is this making me illegal?
